Hall Programs

Residence Life Programs

Members of the residence life staff strive to create living communities where learning, mutual respect, honesty, and responsibility are modeled and valued. The primary goal of hall programming is to facilitate the adjustment and success of students. Research on the ways in which students transition then adjust to life on campus suggests that their first few weeks on campus are critical to how well they adjust to collegiate life. This information is the foundation on which student programming at Franklin College is based.

Members of the residence life staff plan several programs in the halls each semester, including programs open to only one floor or to the entire campus. Students can reach out to their RA or Area Coordinator if they have questions about programming, or if they need accommodations to participate in any programs.
