Who we are:

We are a community. And we’d like you to join us. We are faculty and student associates dedicated to helping you build your confidence and get the most out of your mathematics classes.

What we can do for you:

If you are confused about your homework or assignments, we can offer clarification.
If you are seeking advice for effective test preparation, we can offer our experience and expertise.
If you are afraid of math, we can help calm your fears.
If you are interested in collaborating with your peers in a supportive environment, visit us in the Math Study Center.

Math Center FAQs

When is the Math Study Center open?

We make every effort to accommodate your schedule by offering afternoon and evening hours. Visit us from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 8:00 – 10:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday.

Is an appointment required?

There is no need for an appointment. Just walk right in!

What happens during a Math Study Center visit?

When you arrive to the MSC, the student or faculty proctor will ask you about your goals for the visit. Proctors are available to help as much or as little as you desire.

Should I wait until I am struggling to visit?

No! We encourage you to be an active member of our community at any time!
