How to Be an Adult
Former Stanford dean and New York Times bestselling author of How to Raise an Adult previews her forthcoming book on adulting which she says is “one part having to, one part wanting to, and one part knowing how.” Join us for a frank, funny, and compassionate conversation about supporting Millennials and GenZ in being the adults we all need them to be. 

This lecture is generously underwritten by the Tillman Lecture Fund, established by Franklin College alumnus and Board of Trustees member Doug Tillman ’70.

Alumni are invited to tour the library, including HamiltonONE and new state-of-the-art presentation practice/group study rooms. Be sure and visit the Roger D. Branigin Archives, the gubernatorial papers of Roger D. Branigin, the governor of Indiana from 1965 to 1969.

Join President Thomas J. Minar in presenting the 2019 Alumni Awards. Since 1954, the Alumni Council of Franklin College has had an established award program designed to honor alumni and friends of the College, recognizing outstanding professional/community achievement as well as service to Franklin College.
