What is your favorite thing about Franklin College?

I enjoyed the professors and their unique style of teaching. Most of my professors would go above and beyond for my sake and check on me outside of the classroom. Also, the activities! There’s always something to do on campus and the college offers off-campus activities so there’s activities to keep you and your friends busy.

What is your favorite Franklin tradition and why?

Privy burn has to be on my top options. There’s many traditions that bring the community together, but when I was a student, the privy was something quiet where students just stood there and watch the privy burn. No words, no sounds, just students acknowledging each other and being in the moment.

In My Spare Time…

In my spare time, I enjoy doing art, such as painting and drawing. Lately, I’ve been getting into tote bag design and crocheting. That and a nice sitcom show for background noise is my favorite thing to do in the evenings, a alongside a cup of coffee.

On the days I feel energized, a walk in the park or neighborhood always refreshes me.
