Selected Professional Accomplishments

I have experience working in the healthcare and fitness fields. I have been a trainer and group fitness instructor at multiple fitness facilities in the Indianapolis area since 2016. For three years, I was an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiopulmonary Rehab for Community Health Network. Giving students examples of real-world application has been a vital component of my teaching.

I love to make playlists on Spotify, socialize with friends, and spend time outdoors! I am a dancer for Create Freedom Arts Projects; a contemporary/modern dance company in Indianapolis! I am also the lead facilitator for Inspire Team Building and Leadership. Founded by Rachel Swinford, we provide workshops and programs to organizations and businesses in central Indiana.
