Megan Walters, PA-C

Medicine is an ever-changing trifecta of science, technology, and compassion.  I love the PA profession as it is flexible in regards to field of study and serves a critical role in filling patient care gaps, especially among underserved populations.  I am passionate about diversity & inclusion, equality, continuing education, and wellness and incorporate these core values into my teaching style.  It is important that our current and future PA’s are prepared for any clinical setting, engage in continuous education after graduation, and maintain a work-life balance allowing PA’s to provide the best possible care to all patients.

In My Spare Time…

I love traveling, coffee, nature, animals (especially dogs), and spending time with family/friends. My husband and I travel frequently throughout the year as we enjoy seeing new places, meeting new people and trying local cuisine/specialties. Additionally, we enjoy the outdoors with hiking being one of our favorite activities – Yosemite has been one of our favorite destinations so far. We love great food whether it’s going out to a neat restaurant or making something delicious at home. I love to close my days with some form of wellness, reflection and gratitude.
