Recreation and Wellness

The Franklin College Wellness Program is committed to providing fitness and health related activities and educational programming to the students as well as the faculty and staff on campus. Activities include lunchtime and evening classes such as Yoga, Zumba, and Kickboxing.  Educational programming includes “Wellness Wednesdays” with special activities on campus such as the “Lunch N Learn” series on healthy eating habits, how and why to use weight equipment properly, and many more.
