The Order of Omega is a national honor society for juniors and seniors in the Greek system. Membership in the Omicron Xi chapter of the Order of Omega at Franklin College is comprised of the Top 3 Percent of Greek leaders. Members are selected on the basis of leadership skills, campus involvement, volunteer hours, and academic achievement. Each year, the members of Order of Omega work on numerous projects that benefit both the Greek and Franklin communities. The purpose of Order of Omega is to recognize fraternity men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership.
Rho Lambda is the International Panhellenic Leadership Recognition Society. The Greek letters “Rho” and “Lambda” stand for “Panhellenic” and “Leadership,” respectively. The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor women in the Greek system who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service to Panhellenic and their sorority. They are the women who have furthered the ideals and principles of the Panhellenic system through their years of sorority affiliation.
