Presidential Search Committee Co-Chairs Update Franklin College Community on Progress
Campus News

Dear Franklin College Community,

Happy New Year!

We want to provide a quick update on the Franklin College presidential search process. On December 11, 2019, the Presidential Search Committee met with search consultants from Isaacson, Miller to review results of their networking and advertising efforts.  We also reviewed applications for the position received to date.

The search committee provided feedback on candidates believed to be possible “fits” to the leadership profile and those that may not be. This feedback will help Isaacson, Miller calibrate its networking strategies as we move forward to further identify potential candidates for the position.

The search committee will meet again in late January when it will review the results of the search firm’s continued networking and advertising efforts. During that meeting, the committee will select candidates to interview in the next stage of the process in February. We welcome any additional candidates you may want the committee to consider.

We look forward to these next steps.

Rob Brown and Christi Fields ’74 (HD ’19), Presidential Search Committee Co-Chairs and James V. Due ’82, Board of Trustees Chair
