Franklin College Student Foundation Elects New Members

Franklin College elected new students into the Student Foundation for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Established in 1980, The Student Foundation is a group of 25 juniors and seniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher who are invited to assist the President’s Office and the Office Development and Alumni Engagement with events and programs. The organization aims to serve as official student representatives at college and alumni gatherings with a focus of making guests feel welcomed and engaged. Members are expected to hold themselves to the highest possible standards at all times, representing the very best of Franklin College. The Student Foundation assists with programs and events such as Grizzly Grand Prix, Homecoming, the President’s Tailgate and Senior Week.

New members of the Franklin College Student Foundation are:

Madalynn Bright, sophomore, is the daughter of Dennis and Cheryl Bright of Greenwood.

 Emily Dalton, junior, is the daughter of Greg and Connie Dalton of Mitchell.

 Weston DeShon, junior, is the son of Clark and Camilynn DeShon of Olney, Ill.

 Timber Falin, sophomore, is the daughter of Brandon and Melissa Veatch of Solsberry.

 Daniel Goggans, junior, is the son of Greg Goggans and Danielle Franklin, both of Indianapolis.

 Hannah Gray, sophomore, is the daughter of Michael and Carrie Gray of Trafalgar.

 Evan Hosea, sophomore, is the son of William and Teresa Hosea of New Castle.

 Kitley Kern, sophomore, is the daughter of Rick and Julie Kern of Sunman.

 Andrew Montgomery, sophomore is the son of Ty and Tiffany Montgomery of Saint Paul.

 Alexis Nash, junior, is the daughter of Denise Brackett of Greenwood and the late James Brackett. She is the spouse of Jacob Nash of Franklin.

 Carolina Puga Mendoza, sophomore, is the daughter of Eleazar and Violeta Puga Chavez of Fishers.

 Madison Short, sophomore, is the daughter of Tom and Kristi Short of Avon.

 Calista Spears, junior, is the daughter of Brian and Sharon Spears of Plainfield.

 Noah Tallman, junior, is the son of Matthew and Heather Tallman of Bargersville.
