Grizzlies, mark your calendars! Kick your academic year off right, with Welcome Week, Aug. 26 – Sept. 3. Move-in for students living on campus will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26. Commuter student check-in will be held Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 3:30 to 4 p.m. in the Napolitan Student Center. Transfer students who are living on campus will move in on Thursday, Aug. 27 from 4 to 7 p.m.

- Honoring our Incoming Class: Celebrate the start of your college career as you participate in traditions passed down for more than 180 years. Attend the Opening Convocation and Bell Ceremony, smile for the annual class photo, and take a walk around Dame Mall to commemorate your first days at Franklin College.
- Building Community: Participate in events designed specifically for you to meet your fellow classmates, make connections with faculty and staff and develop a sense of belonging at a college that cares.
- Getting Involved on Campus: Check out more than 40 student organizations at the Be Engaged Fair and meet your Launch Team and First-Year Seminar classmates.
- Seeing the Big Picture: Attend sessions that provide resources for your success, take you through college expectations and processes and introduce you to campus technology.
