Admission Event Days

Our event days are geared towards specific groups of students. Learn more about each event to see which day is best for you!

Admitted Griz Days

Meet students and faculty in addition to becoming comfortable on campus. These are for admitted and deposited students only.

Admitted Griz Overnights

Admitted students can get comfortable on campus and learn more about college life.  Students stay in residence halls with current students, dine in the student center, attend a class and more!

Ben Franklin Scholars Day

The Ben Franklin Scholars Program is our most prestigious scholarship program for incoming freshmen. Students admitted with a 3.9 GPA or higher and at least a 28 ACT score or a 1320 SAT score (1860 old SAT score) are formally invited to campus to participate in a scholarship interview with our faculty and staff.

Future Griz Day

Sophomores and juniors and their parent/guardians who are starting their college search process will want to attend a Future Griz Day. Students will get comfortable on campus and learn about our campus community from staff, students, and faculty.

High School Counselors Day

High school guidance counselors are invited to a day on campus to learn more about what the college has to offer. Counselors who work with diverse student populations are strongly encouraged to attend.

Major Preview Days

If you considering a specific major, sign up to visit campus on Major Preview Day. You’ll gain insight into majors/minors through an interactive and informative session led by faculty in your area of interest, as well as learn about the admissions process and financial aid. You will also get to hear from students in that major/minor and tour campus.

Multicultural Drive Downs

To help underrepresented students visit campus, Franklin College will provide bus transportation once a month. Students will be picked up and dropped-off at designations in the greater Indianapolis areas.

Multicultural Junior Day

Multicultural Junior Day is a one-day program in the spring semester for high school juniors from underrepresented populations to visit the Franklin College campus and learn more about the college culture, academics and financial aid.

Multicultural Overnights

Underrepresented admitted students or those eligible for admission can experience real life on Franklin College’s campus during this overnight experience. Students arrive on a Thursday evening and return home on a Friday.
