Expertise

My area of expertise lies in the area of physical education methods in addition to being a license instructor for the American Red Cross able to certify students in CPR/AED, first aid and lifeguard training.
I also am interested in the area of wellness. I teach a basic concepts of nutrition course and serve as the supervisor for the wellness programs.

In My Spare Time…

I am an avid runner. I completed my first marathon this fall. I also love to read. My favorite book is Rebecca, by Daphne du Maurier.  “Last night I dreamt I went to Manderley again” is an iconic quote from the book I was introduced to as a young reader. This compelling novel was a guiding influence for my continued love of reading.
