Retirement — 403 (b)
- Tax Deferred Retirement Annuity program with TIAA.
- Automatic enrollment upon hire at a 3% employee contribution.
- Employer contributions will be allocated to the individual accounts of qualifying participants after eligibility is met:
- Franklin College will match 100 percent (100%) of the first five percent (5%) of an employee per paycheck contribution after meeting eligibility. The matching occurs after one year of employment.
Tuition Remission
- Tuition Waiver for employee (one class per semester, fall & spring)
- 100% tuition remission for spouse and children after one year of full-time employment
- Eligible for tuition exchange for dependent children at participating colleges
Employee Course Benefit
Employees of Franklin College who would like to take a course during the semester must complete an Employee Course Registration Form. Please consult the employee manual and your supervisor to understand this benefit and when you may take classes.
FC Wellness Program
- The Wellness Program offers free programming to students, faculty and staff including but not limited to yoga, cardio kickboxing and Zumba. Informative programming through our Wellness Wednesdays is also offered throughout the academic year; as well as the opportunity to check out Wellness equipment such as racquetball and other sports equipment, all free of charge.

Important Health Coverage Tax Documents
In accordance with IRS Notice 2025-15 and the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, employers may provide a website notice of availability for Form 1095-C instead of automatically mailing copies to employees. Franklin College will follow this guidance for the 2025 tax year.
Your Form 1095-C, which provides information about the health coverage offered to you during the 2025 calendar year, is available for printing through Paycor or upon request.
This posting will remain available through at least Oct. 15, 2026, in accordance with IRS requirements.
If you would like to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C, you may either:
- Print it via Paycor, or
- Request a copy using any of the following methods:
