Franklin College requires leadership and professional development programs to complement and enhance the students’ academic education. Leadership and professional development competencies are integrated throughout the curriculum and prepare students to lead and contribute in our society by providing them with a structured learning experiences and opportunities for practical application and reflection on leadership. These programs are designed to equip students with competencies and resources to make a confident, successful transition from college to the professional workplace and/or graduate/professional school.
