Academic Technology Services (ATS) is a sub-group of the Information Technology Services Department (ITS). Our mission is, "To initiate and support advancement of technology and deliver competent service for technology in a responsive and professional manner." ATS is located in the former Teaching, Learning and Technology Center (TLTC), on the third floor of Hamilton Library.

Services Offered

ATS offers assistance in the use of technology on Franklin College’s campus. Faculty, students and staff can come to the ATS area to receive training, support for academic software and assistance for projects that deal with learning and teaching. Some of the services provided include assistance for creating web pages, multimedia creation and presentations using technology. Training sessions can cover programs such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Publisher.
