The mission of the Franklin College Information Technology Services Department is “to initiate and support advancement of technology and deliver competent service for technology in a responsive and professional manner.”
ITS has placed a variety of helpful technology documents on the MyFC portal, including information on Moodle, Self-Service, printing, and system requirements for personal computers. Students, faculty, and staff can access MyFC using the same username and password that is used for your personal college email account. If you have forgotten your email account username and/or password, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the ITS Help Desk at 317.738.8148. Please keep in mind that your password is case sensitive. You can also reset your password by visiting the Password Management page.
Please note that ITS performs routine technology maintenance every Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. During this hour, access to some resources including college email and the Internet will be unavailable.
The ITS Department is available to assist you Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. during the academic year and Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. during the summer.
