Monday, September 19- Sorority Recruitment Info Session

• 6:00 p.m.- Hoover Lobby
• 9:00 p.m.- Elsey Great Room

In these sessions each chapter will give a brief overview of themselves and general recruitment information will be shared. Be sure to bring any questions you have!

Wednesday, September 26 @ 5 p.m. - Registration Deadline

To be eligible to participate in recruitment all interested women will need to have completed their online registration form and submitted payment by the deadline.

Sunday, September 30 @ 7 p.m. - Recruitment Participation Meeting, Branigin East

Monday, October 1 - Sunday, October 7- Formal Sorority Recruitment

Example of the Formal Recruitment Schedule:

Sunday- Pre-Recruitment Participant Meeting
At this meeting participants will meet with their Rho Gammas, create their nametag for the week, discuss the schedule of events and complete paperwork. This meeting is not mandatory but participants are strongly encouraged to attend.

Monday - Round Robin
Thirty minute events with five minute breaks. You will visit all chapters.

• 7:45 p.m. Recruitment check-in
• 8-10:15 p.m. Recruitment events

Tuesday - Skit Night
Forty-five minute events with ten minute breaks. You will visit all chapters.

• 6:45 p.m. Meet with your Rho Gamma
• 7-10:30 p.m. Recruitment events
• 10:30-11 p.m. Rho Gamma group meetings

Wednesday - No Activities

Thursday - Philanthropy Night
Forty minute events with ten minute breaks. You may visit up to three chapters.

• 6:45 p.m. Meet with your Rho Gamma
• 7-9:20 p.m. Recruitment events
• 9:20-10 p.m. Rho Gamma group meetings

Friday - Preference
Fifty minute events with ten minute breaks. You will visit a maximum of two chapters.

• 6:15 p.m. Meet with your Rho Gamma
• 6:30-9:20 p.m. Recruitment events
• 9:20-10 p.m. Preferencing

Sunday - Bid Day

• 10-10:15 a.m. Bids distributed in rooms
• 10:45 a.m. Meet in Chapel to accept your bid
• 11 a.m. ??? Each chapter will have their own events during the day to welcome new members

Note that in order to complete the recruitment process participants must attend a minimum of two days during formal recruitment - though participation in each day’s activities is encouraged.
