Dwight Heath Memorial Math Award
SCHOLARSHIP BACKGROUND
Dwight Heath was a respected professor of mathematics at Franklin College. From 1919 to 1961, Professor Heath dedicated himself to educating young minds. His drive for excellence in the never-ending quest for knowledge is reflected in the Dwight Heath Memorial Math Award, created after his death by his family, friends and former students.
SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS
The Dwight F. Heath Memorial Math Award is given to a sophomore or junior student who has demonstrated excellence in the study of mathematics. The recipient is selected by the faculty of the math department.
