The Franklin College Class of 1959 Endowed Scholarship

SCHOLARSHIP BACKGROUND

The Class of 1959, under the leadership of Dr. Mary Margaret (Partenheimer) Webb, has established a permanent scholarship endowment at Franklin College in honor of their class and time on campus. Fellow committee members Patricia (Hattabaugh) Carman, Charles Cragen, Roger Furnish and Joella (Boyer) Patterson were an integral part of this grassroots effort. The legacy established by the members of the Class of 1959 and other friends will serve to assist future Franklin College students in need of financial assistance.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

The proceeds from the endowment will provide funding to a student demonstrating financial need. Student recipients must maintain good academic standing in their area of study. The scholarship may be renewed annually with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
