Cecilia Kissling Sturgeon was a friend of Franklin College. She established this scholarship to help deserving students attend the school.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

The Sturgeon Scholarship is available to full-time students in good standing at Franklin College. The financial aid office selects the recipients.
