Here is what's going on Homecoming Weekend:

THURSDAY – OCTOBER 7

Art Show
8 a.m. – 10 p.m., all weekend
Branigin Atrium, Johnson Center for Fine Arts

View student art work, ranging from paintings and drawings, to ceramics
and digital fine art photography, to mixed-media collages. Fine arts
professsors David Cunningham and Svetlana Rakic will also exhibit some of
their work. General admission is free.

 

Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet
6:30 p.m.  - Branigin Room, Napolitan Student Center

Celebrate a long tradition of athletic excellence.

Legends of Indiana Golf Club, Franklin

$75 per players includes green fees, cart, lunch and prizes.

Old Gold Reception and Luncheon
11:30 a.m. – Branigin Room, Napolitan Student Center

Honoring the 50th reunion class (1960), this traditional
Reception and luncheon is open to all alumni graduating
prior to 1960.

$12 per person
Class of 1960 receives two complimentary tickets at the door.

President’s Alumni and Friends Reception
5 p.m. – President’s Home

Join President and Mrs. Moseley in their home for an
hors d’oeuvres reception.

Free of charge; registration requested.

 

Hail to Franklin Dinner
6:30 p.m. – Branigin Room, Napolitan Student Center

Join the Alumni Council at this traditional favorite as they
recognize the 2010 alumni award recipients.

Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser
8 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Tillman Game Area, Napolitan Student Center

The men of Kappa Delta Rho host their annual pancake breakfast.
Proceeds benefit Franklin Boys and Girls Club.

$3 per person; registration not required.

 

SASOM & Alumni Lunch
10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. - Multicultural Lounge, Napolitan Student Center

Join current and alumni SASOM members at their annual celebration.

the big top on Dame Mall, outside Old Main. Photos of each reunion class
will be taken during the brunch.

Members in the classes of 1958 – 1962 are invited to join the Class of 1960
at their 50th reunion luncheon.

Noon through 3rd quarter – SW Corner Faught Stadium

Sponsored by Men’s and Women’s Track & Field, parents must accompany
and supervise children. Closed during halftime.

 

Homecoming Pre-Game Festivities
1 p.m. – Branigin Field, Faught Stadium

Fill the stands in Faught Stadium! Meet the newest members of the
Franklin College Athletic Hall of Fame, listen to music by the FC and Rushville
High School bands and wait for delivery of the game ball.

$5 per person at the gate.

 

Homecoming Football Game
1:30 p.m. – Branigin Field, Faught Stadium

Be part of the winning tradition as the Grizzlies host Rose-Hulman. Join us at
half-time for the traditional crowning of the king and queen.

$5 per person at the gate.

 

The Gathering Gathering
4 p.m. – Richardson Memorial Chapel

The Gathering reunion is back! Dinner will be provided.
