Ron Schuetz started working in the B.F. Hamilton Library in 1985 and became director of the Library in 2000.

He holds a master's degree from the Indiana University School of Library and Information Science. His previous professional experience includes serving as reference librarian at the Columbus, Ohio Public Library; medical librarian at Johnson Memorial Hospital; and trustee of the Johnson County Public Library.

In his spare time, Schuetz enjoys growing bamboo, roasting coffee, reading and learning.
