Brooke (Wagoner) Worland is a 1999 Franklin College graduate and holds a master's degree from Indiana University. She serves Franklin as the Assistant Dean for Engaged Learning/Director of Professional Development.

Her primary responsibilities include helping students and faculty authentically integrate academic majors and professional development, teaching professional development courses, facilitating the Engaged Learning Team, and engaging campus community with learning inside and outside of the classroom. Worland also serves the campus community as a member of the Alumni Council and an academic adviser to Delta Delta Delta.

Worland's favorite activity is spending time with her husband and children. The family enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, reading, exploring and spending time with family and friends. In addition, Worland is involved with her church and various events and activities that support children's cancer research.
